To support our rapid growth, we are looking for a (Senior) Investment Associate to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of an entrepreneurial, high-growth firm with a proven track record and significant potential. You will work closely with promising GP teams across Europe and the US, and play an integral role in shaping the firm's future.

Role & Responsibilities

• Proactively source, identify and engage with high-potential investment opportunities (funds and co-investments) within target markets;
• Conduct market research and assess macroeconomic trends to inform investment strategy;
• Support deal execution, manage due diligence processes (including commercial and financial due diligence), and prepare investment committee documentation;
• Monitor and actively engage with portfolio funds and investments;
• Expand and cultivate a network that strengthens our investment ecosystem
  
  

Requirements

• Master's degree in Engineering, Finance, Law, Business or any related field;
• Minimum 3 years of experience in investments, investment banking, financial advisory, strategy consulting or a related role;
• Private equity experience is highly valued;
• Entrepreneurial spirit and cultural fit with our fast-paced, high-impact team;
• Proactive, dynamic, and eager to learn, with a results-driven mindset;
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively;
• Hustling mentality when it comes to finding and closing deals;
• Strong financial modelling, analytical, and problem-solving skills;
• Strong business acumen and understanding of relevant value drivers;
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken), other languages, such as Dutch, French, ... are highly valued;
• Willingness to work regularly from our Ghent office and travel for business as needed
