Junior Software Engineer

Multiple Junior Software Developers – Hybrid Melbourne - $70,000 ~ $80,000 + Super

Following a major market pivot, our client is in rapid growth mode and hiring four Junior Software Developers. This is a hands-on role for those with 1–2 years’ experience who want to learn fast, deliver real features, and make an impact from day one. You’ll work closely with senior developers, contributing to high-quality software, integrations, and platform improvements in a supportive, collaborative environment.

The role

• Assist in developing and enhancing software and user interfaces.
• Support system integrations and platform updates.
• Maintain and improve core business systems.
• Help fix bugs, test new features, and document changes.
• Work closely with the team to deliver quality solutions.

You

• 1–2 years’ software development experience (some .NET preferred).
• Willingness to learn and problem-solve.
• Good communicator and team player.
• Degree in Computer Science or Software
