Job Title: Network Engineer (U.S. Citizen Only)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Network Engineer to join our team in Des Moines, Iowa. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in configuring, managing, and troubleshooting enterprise network environments, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality solutions. U.S. citizenship is required due to the nature of the projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless systems.
• Monitor network performance, ensuring high availability and security.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Support network upgrades, migrations, and new implementations.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure network solutions align with organizational requirements.
• Document configurations, processes, and procedures for ongoing operations.
• Ensure compliance with security protocols and best practices.

Required Qualifications:

• U.S. Citizenship (mandatory).
• 2–5+ years of hands-on experience in network engineering or administration.
• Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting Cisco or equivalent networking equipment.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP), and firewall policies.
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent.
• Experience with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Knowledge of network security best practices.
