About The Role

We are seeking a talented Front-End Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and deploying customer-facing JavaScript applications that are both scalable and high-quality. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including back-end developers, QA specialists, product owners, and UX designers, to turn design concepts into functional, engaging user experiences. Your expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks, particularly React and Redux, will be crucial in building intuitive single-page applications that meet user needs and business goals. The position offers flexibility with remote work options and provides an exciting opportunity to influence product development in a fast-paced, innovative environment. You will participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives, ensuring continuous improvement and delivery of valuable features. Qualifications

• Proven experience in front-end development using modern JavaScript frameworks, especially React and Redux
• Strong understanding of Single Page Applications and REST/JSON API consumption
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to convert designs into functional interfaces
• Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility issues and solutions
• Familiarity with Material Design principles
• Ability to optimize code for speed, scalability, and performance
• Experience working within Agile development methodologies
• Understanding of browser rendering and optimization techniques
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills
• Experience with continuous integration, testing, and delivery pipelines
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with distributed teams

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy new features within the designated JavaScript framework
• Participate actively in code reviews, sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives
• Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless functionality
• Assist QA teams, product owners, and UX designers in elaborating user stories, acceptance criteria, and design decisions
• Translate design concepts and wireframes into responsive, accessible web experiences using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Maintain consistency in interaction design and advocate for user-centric usability standards
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
• Stay current with the latest developments in JavaScript frameworks and front-end technologies
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development practices and code quality standards
