Senior Python Developer | AI Startup | $150k + Super

Pearson Carter are working with an industry leading AI Startup.

They are making waves in the property space and are looking for a Senior Developer to help them grow.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Design, develop, and deploy features across our entire tech stack, from the Next.js frontend to the Python/Django backend.
• Build and maintain the infrastructure for our AI models to power our platform and our people.
• Integrate AI and machine learning features into the user experience, making complex insights accessible and actionable for our buyers.
• Optimise applications for maximum speed, scalability, and reliability as we grow.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders across the business to shape the future of our platform and organisation with a data-first approach.

What You’ll Bring:

• You have 5+ years of experience in full stack development and a deep understanding of our core tech stack: Next.js, Python, and Django.
• Experience with Terraform, AWS, and monitoring services such as ELK Stack or Prometheus.
• You're not just a developer, you're an engineer who thinks in systems and loves solving complex problems.
• You have a strong grasp of AI and machine learning concepts, with hands-on experience using frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• You're passionate about building something that matters and seeing your work have a direct impact on people's lives.

Salary

They offer an excellent salary of up to $150,000 + Super.
