About The Role
We are seeking a skilled IOS Application Mobile Developer to join our team for a 6-month engagement, based in London or remotely. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and maintaining features for the iOS version of our client’s application. Working within a multidisciplinary team comprising technology, design, business, product, infrastructure, and testing professionals, you will contribute to the entire product lifecycle. Your primary focus will be on designing, developing, testing, and delivering high-quality, efficient, and scalable features that provide an exceptional experience to millions of users across England.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on a critical mobile application, ensuring it remains performant, reliable, and aligned with the latest iOS standards. You will be responsible for producing well-documented, testable code and supporting the application in production to ensure continuous improvement and stability.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess over 5 years of experience in iOS development, demonstrating proficiency with Swift, Swift UI, and Xcode. A strong understanding of iOS design principles, interface guidelines, and best practices is essential. Candidates should have a passion for mobile development, staying current with the latest trends, tools, and techniques in the iOS ecosystem. Experience with MVVM architecture, SOLID principles, and integrating native OS features such as push notifications, HealthKit, and App Intents is highly desirable. Additionally, familiarity with RESTful API integration, concurrency management, and mobile app analytics will be advantageous. Candidates should also have experience with Swift Package Manager, troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization to ensure smooth user experiences.
