About The Role
The Front-end React Developer will play a vital role in supporting and advancing the company's digital initiatives. This position involves developing and maintaining JavaScript applications using modern ReactJS and React hooks, ensuring seamless user experiences and robust functionality. The developer will work closely with both technical teams and business stakeholders to translate requirements into industry-leading solutions. Responsibilities include architecting technical solutions for complex problems, supporting daily operations, participating in application release cycles, and ensuring compliance with corporate standards. The role also involves troubleshooting, testing, and implementing software upgrades, as well as developing end-user training materials and help desk documentation. A key aspect of the position is fostering collaboration across teams to optimize processes and contribute to the continuous improvement of digital platforms. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university preferred.
- Strong experience developing JavaScript applications using modern ReactJS and React hooks.
- Good understanding of Next.js and Tailwind CSS.
- Elevated working knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- Experience in developing transactional user interfaces.
- Knowledge of WordPress and headless CMS technologies.
- Experience with cross-browser and cross-platform development.
- Understanding of security practices when working with RESTful APIs.
- Ability to write unit tests and end-to-end tests.
- Working knowledge of UI/UX design principles and prototype evaluations.
- Understanding of Microsoft Azure environment.
- Experience working within Agile methodologies.
- Develop and maintain JavaScript applications utilizing modern ReactJS and React hooks.
- Architect and implement technical solutions for complex challenges.
- Collaborate closely with business teams to ensure digital environments support operational needs.
- Support product development and roadmap requirements through active engagement with internal teams.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
- Participate in application release cycles, coordinating with vendors and business users.
- Ensure all development activities comply with corporate standards and security protocols.
- Plan, test, and deploy software upgrades, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Develop and update end-user training documentation and help desk knowledge articles.
- Work directly with IT and business teams to resolve technical issues promptly.
- Monitor software licensing to optimize costs and recommend necessary changes.
- Conduct technology assessments and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Respond to and resolve application support tickets efficiently.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support organizational goals.
