For one of our key clients in Northern Sweden we are seeking several Schedulers and Lead schedulers on lucrative long term consultancy contracts.

Candidates MUST have experience in the industrial sector and be eligible to work in Sweden.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and control integrated project schedules in Primavera P6 (baseline, updates, progress, forecasts).
• Build solid schedule structures: WBS, calendars, coding, activity logic, constraints, and milestone frameworks.
• Run planning sessions with discipline/package leads (engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning) to validate sequencing and dependencies.
• Perform critical path and near-critical path analysis and clearly communicate schedule drivers and risks.
• Lead the monthly/weekly schedule cycle: data collection, progress updates, variance analysis, and reporting.
• Produce lookahead plans and coordinate constraint removal with stakeholders.
• Provide what-if scenarios and schedule recovery options when delays occur.
• Support change control by assessing schedule impacts for variations and change requests.
• Align contractor and supplier schedules with the master schedule; manage interfaces and handovers.
• Maintain planning standards, templates, and KPIs to ensure consistent schedule quality across the portfolio.
