Senior Project Manager

Penta Consulting are a technology service provider and leading outsourced partner helping to deliver professional and managed solutions across EMEA.

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead high‑visibility customer deployments and deliver advanced networking solutions. This role is offered as a 6‑month contract with the possibility of extension.

What You’ll Do

• Manage medium–large customer projects or multiple smaller engagements
• Build project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Lead cross‑functional teams, vendors, and partners
• Oversee full project lifecycle and resolve issues quickly
• Support proposals and present service value to customers

What You Bring

• Strong PM experience in complex tech environments
• Formal PM training (completed or in progress)
• Solid understanding of routing, switching, and network architecture
• Leadership experience with large teams and major accounts
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Knowledge of sales processes and contract considerations

Experience

• BS/BA with 7–8 years in networking/telecom
• 4–5 years LAN/WAN implementation + 4–5 years PM experience

Preferred

• PMP, PRINCE2, ESi, or similar
• Arabic language skills
• Local market experience
• Multinational background
• Cisco deployment experience
• Agile certifications (CSM, PSM, PMI‑ACP, SAFe5
