🔎 We’re Hiring: Manual Tester (E-commerce)

To strengthen our team in Evere, we are looking for an experienced Manual Tester to support the implementation of a cloud-based e-commerce solution and contribute to the continuity of our product roadmap.

📍 Location: Evere, Belgium

🕒 Start: ASAP

📅 Contract: Full-time

🏡 Work mode: Up to 50% remote

🗣 Languages: Dutch or French (native) + English (professional level)

🚀 Your Mission

As a Manual Tester, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our e-commerce platform by validating new functionalities and contributing to continuous improvements within the digital landscape.

🛠 Responsibilities

🔍 Testing & Quality Assurance

• Perform thorough manual testing in line with the defined test strategy
• Analyze and review functional and technical documentation
• Design and execute test scenarios and test scripts
• Support automated testing initiatives
• Identify, document, retest, and track defects
• Follow up on bug fixes and contribute to process improvements
• Maintain and update the test reference database for future releases
• Support production issue resolution during maintenance phases
• Collaborate closely with development teams

• Ensure solutions meet current and future customer needs
• Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service quality
• Proactively suggest improvements to enhance user experience

🤝 Collaboration

• Work closely with internal stakeholders (IT, business, product teams)
• Contribute to optimizing internal QA and project processes
• Support knowledge sharing and internal communication

👤 Your Profile

• ✅ Minimum 3 years of experience as a Tester or similar QA role
• 🛒 Proven experience in e-commerce environments (required)
• 📱 Experience with mobile application testing and integrations
• 🔁 Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• 🔌 Experience with API testing using Postman
• 🏬 Knowledge of the retail sector is a strong plus
• 🎓 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent experience
