With a team of around 45 employees, our Service Center based in Porto is developing a dynamic nearshore business, offering the French and European markets an environment of excellence and high potential.

Scrum Master

This is your mission

Are you passionate about Agile practices and helping teams reach their full potential? Then this position is for you.

As a Scrum Master, you will guide and support Agile teams to ensure that they deliver value effectively and efficiently. You’ll help remove obstacles, foster collaboration, and promote continuous improvement across all processes. Your work will be pivotal in creating a positive, productive, and Agile environment.

Build side:

  • Facilitate key Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).

  • Ensure the team focuses on achieving sprint goals and meeting deadlines.

  • Identify and remove impediments that could affect team performance.

  • Maintain clear and open communication between the team and stakeholders.

  • Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and Agile best practices within the team.

Run side:

  • Coach team members on Scrum and Agile principles and practices.

  • Track team progress and ensure transparency through metrics and reporting.

  • Support the Product Owner in aligning priorities and managing the backlog.

  • Drive continuous communication and collaboration between teams and stakeholders.

  • Advocate for team autonomy and provide guidance in conflict resolution.

This is your background

You have at least 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a dynamic and demanding environment. You thrive on helping teams improve their processes and deliver results, and you’re passionate about building collaborative, high-performing teams.

Your experience has allowed you to develop a deep understanding of Agile practices and frameworks, and you are always seeking new ways to support your team and their success. You're comfortable in a leadership role and ready to mentor others while ensuring that the team continues to evolve and grow.

This is your expertise:

  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)

  • Excellent facilitation skills for Scrum ceremonies and team coaching

  • Ability to remove obstacles and solve problems effectively

  • Deep knowledge of Agile tools (Jira, Trello, etc.)

  • Prioritization and sprint goal management

  • Team dynamics, collaboration, and conflict resolution

Language skills:

  • Portuguese: C1

  • English: C1

  • French: C1
