About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who will take ownership of the product roadmap and drive forward updates, aligning them with Minterest's overarching goals. This is a critical leadership role with the potential to grow into an executive position, overseeing the broader strategic vision of the protocol.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the product strategy and execution for Minterest, working closely with the executive team and CEO to align the product vision with the protocol's goals.
• Manage the product development process from ideation to release, ensuring timely delivery of updates and new features.
• Organize and supervise a cross-functional team of developers and designers, ensuring smooth and efficient product development through agile methodologies.
• Break down high-level product objectives into actionable tasks and allocate them to team members, ensuring accountability at every stage of the development cycle.
• Drive product innovation by staying informed of the latest trends in Web3, DeFi, and blockchain technology.
• Ensure a user-focused product design, addressing the needs of the DeFi community while maintaining the highest levels of security, scalability, and usability.
• Collaborate with marketing, community, and business development teams to ensure product launches are successful and align with company goals.
• Maintain strong communication channels with all stakeholders, providing regular updates on product progress, challenges, and successes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, with a focus on Web3, blockchain, and DeFi.
• Deep understanding of the DeFi ecosystem, including lending protocols, liquidity pools, and tokenomics.
• Strong experience with agile methodologies, including backlog management, sprint planning, and task allocation.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a remote, cross-functional team.
• High ownership and accountability for product success, with a strong ability to drive initiatives forward independently.
• Outstanding English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• A self-starter who thrives in remote work settings and is comfortable working in a global team.
• European timezone preferred, but not required.
