About Us Medverse builds PC training simulations for medical devices, delivered via cloud streaming to enterprise healthcare clients. We're a small team building a scalable platform from scratch — this is an opportunity to shape both the product and how we work.
The Role You'll develop Unity-based training modules that help healthcare professionals master complex medical equipment through simulation-based learning. This isn't game dev — it's robust, maintainable software for enterprise healthcare. You'll work closely with our Technical Director and content team to build and refine interactive training experiences.
We're also open to technical artists who are comfortable working in Unity and want to grow into a more technical role.
What You'll Work On
- Training applications in Unity 6 / URP
- Modular systems for interactive training scenarios
- UI development and user experience
- Building and maintaining reusable Unity packages
- Collaborating with 3D artists and product to bring training content to life
Requirements
- 1–2+ years experience with Unity and C#
- Comfortable with Git
- High attention to detail and quality standards
- Strong sense of ownership — you see things through, not just to "done" but to "done well"
- Good English communication (German is a plus)
This Role Isn't a Fit If
- You're looking for a game development role
- You need visa sponsorship
Location Must be currently based in Germany. Remote-friendly with occasional on-site in Munich.
What We Offer
- Real ownership and influence over how things are built
- Meaningful work in healthcare education
- Flexible remote setup
- Growth path in a scaling company
