As a Full-Stack Developer at STACC, you’ll have the opportunity to build solutions that support both research-driven development and real-world business problem solving.

What you'll do

As a Full-Stack Developer, you’ll:

• contribute to software projects by solving business problems with clean and high-quality code;
• design and develop software architectures and technical solutions;
• collaborate closely with your team on planning tasks and support colleagues with code reviews and technical input;
• build and maintain applications using Git, Docker, SQL, and cloud services (e.g. AWS);
• help define development standards and best practices;
• explore and implement new tools and technologies in STACC’s growing tech stack.

What we're looking for

You’re a great fit if you:

• have at least a Bachelor’s degree (or expect to graduate by spring) or at least 3 years of experience in software development (preferably in Python);
• communicate well in both Estonian and English;
• are skilled in using Docker, SQL, and version control tools (e.g. Git);
• have experience working with cloud platforms like AWS;
• have professional experience building web applications with JavaScript frameworks, preferably React;
• write clean code and care about software quality;
• are independent, reliable, and a collaborative team player.
