Role Purpose
The Project Delivery Manager acts as the PMO and delivery lead for member brands’ onboarding, partnership delivery and project execution, ensuring structured delivery, governance and operational excellence.
The role is focused on execution excellence, translating defined business requirements into clear project roadmaps, managing scope, timelines and stakeholders, and ensuring all agreed deliverables are delivered on time, on budget and at the expected quality.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Planning & Delivery Governance (PMO Function)
· Support the development and execution of detailed project plans for Maisons’ projects and partner integrations, including scope, milestones, deliverables, timelines, risks and dependencies.
· Implement and manage governance structures (status reporting, escalation paths, decision framework) to ensure effective delivery.
· Track progress, manage risks and proactively resolve delivery blockers.
· Ensure commitments are met and all agreed deliverables are executed.
· Maintain full transparency through structured reporting and performance tracking.
2. Project Management Tools & Delivery Infrastructure
· Implement and manage project management tools and methodologies (planning, tracking, reporting).
· Structure delivery workflows, templates and governance frameworks across projects.
· Ensure consistency and scalability of delivery processes across Maisons.
3. Client Materials & Content Support
· Prepare and support the preparation of client-facing materials (presentations, reports, deliverables).
· Translate project outputs into clear and structured client deliverables.
· Ensure consistency and quality of materials shared with Maisons.
4. Maison Engagement & Needs Assessment
· Act as the main operational point of contact for Maisons on delivery-related topics, ensuring alignment with defined priorities and project scope.
· Support strategic initiatives defined by the Head of Customer Activation & Delivery through structured execution.
· Translate Maison needs into clearly defined project scopes and success criteria.
· Ensure alignment between Maison expectations and Aura capabilities.
5. Partnership management
· Coordinate with the Head of Customer Activation & Delivery to integrate partners into project delivery.
· Manage day-to-day collaboration with partners involved in projects.
· Ensure partners execute agreed deliverables aligned with project scope and timelines
· Support onboarding of partners into projects and define roles and deliverables.
· Monitor partner performance within projects and provide feedback.
· Identify opportunities to leverage partner expertise in projects.
· Coordinate collaboration between internal teams, members, and partners.
· Report on partner activities, risks, and opportunities in projects.
6. Cross-Functional Coordination & Execution
· Translate business requirements into structured implementation plans.
· Ensure internal teams clearly understand Maison priorities and timelines.
· Ensure accountability across stakeholders to guarantee execution excellence.
· Ensure alignment across internal teams to deliver against defined strategic priorities.
7. Activation & Deployment Oversight
· Support the execution of activation initiatives defined at strategic level.
· Ensure successful deployment and adoption tracking of activation use cases.
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure readiness of technical integrations and operational processes.
· Monitor implementation quality and adoption milestones.
· Validate successful project closure against defined objectives.
8. Continuous Improvement & Scaling
· Capture structured feedback from Maisons to improve delivery standards.
· Identify opportunities to optimize project frameworks and onboarding methodologies.
· Contribute to the evolution of delivery playbooks and governance models.
· Support scalable rollout models across multiple Maisons.
Profile & Experience
· 5 -8 years of experience in project management, PMO, consulting or complex multi-stakeholder delivery environments.
· Strong experience managing cross-functional projects with clear governance structures.
· Strong execution-focused profile with clear responsibility for delivery and project outcomes.
· Ability to operate autonomously on project execution while supporting more junior team members when needed.
· Proven ability to translate defined business requirements into executable project plans.
· Experience supporting interactions with executive-level stakeholders.
· Strong attention to detail and ability to bring structure and clarity to complex projects.
· Structured, analytical and execution-oriented mindset.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal and facilitation skills.
· Strong risk management and prioritisation capabilities.
· Experience in luxury, technology, SaaS or digital transformation environments is a plus.
· English required; French and/or Italian a plus.
