Agile Coach

A large federal government agency is piloting a new approach to digital product delivery, moving away from traditional project delivery toward empowered, outcome-focused product teams. This role sits at the heart of that shift. As Product / Agile Coach, you'll work closely with product and delivery managers to embed product thinking, design and user research disciplines, and agile ways of working across the division.

About you: • Must be an Australian citizen • Proven experience coaching or mentoring product managers in product management practices • Strong grasp of product discovery and delivery fundamentals, including vision, strategy and outcome definition • Comfortable embedding design thinking and user research into team practice • Experience facilitating collaborative workshops and stakeholder communication activities • Ability to champion product culture beyond the immediate team, acting as a product evangelist • Background working in agile environments with a bias toward action and iteration • Government or large-scale digital services experience is a plus

The offer: • ~$1,000/day contract rate. 3 months to start with, and possible 6 month extension • Hybrid working arrangement • Based in NSW, VIC, QLD or ACT • Work on a high-visibility, genuinely transformative government program
