Newrails is building next-generation financial infrastructure: combining a regulated EMI, MICA compliant Euro stablecoin (EURW), and Payments-as-a-Service to turn payments into a revenue stream.  


We are hiring a senior Business Development manager to drive European growth across cross-border, crypto, and institutional payments.


The Role

Own and deliver revenue across:


  • Cross-border payments (SMEs, fintechs, market places PSPs)
  • Crypto-native clients (exchanges, brokers, Web3)
  • Institutional partnerships (banks, asset managers)


This is a market-building + sales role


Key Responsibilities


  • Build and close pipeline across EU markets
  • Leverage existing relationships to win clients quickly
  • Drive platform adoption across payment accounts and EURW
  • Structure partnerships (API, white-label, liquidity)
  • Translate product into real use cases (payments, treasury, on/off ramp)
  • Position Newrails as an alternative to correspondent banking


What We’re Looking For


  • 8–15+ years in payments / fintech / crypto
  • Strong experience in cross-border payments and FX
  • Existing network across fintechs, crypto firms, and institutions (critical)
  • Proven ability to generate revenue and close deals
  • Comfortable in regulated environments (EMI / MiCA)

  • Closed anchor clients (crypto + fintech)
  • Built repeatable EU pipeline
  • Delivered clear revenue growth
