Newrails is building next-generation financial infrastructure: combining a regulated EMI, MICA compliant Euro stablecoin (EURW), and Payments-as-a-Service to turn payments into a revenue stream.
We are hiring a senior Business Development manager to drive European growth across cross-border, crypto, and institutional payments.
Own and deliver revenue across:
- Cross-border payments (SMEs, fintechs, market places PSPs)
- Crypto-native clients (exchanges, brokers, Web3)
- Institutional partnerships (banks, asset managers)
This is a market-building + sales role
- Build and close pipeline across EU markets
- Leverage existing relationships to win clients quickly
- Drive platform adoption across payment accounts and EURW
- Structure partnerships (API, white-label, liquidity)
- Translate product into real use cases (payments, treasury, on/off ramp)
- Position Newrails as an alternative to correspondent banking
- 8–15+ years in payments / fintech / crypto
- Strong experience in cross-border payments and FX
- Existing network across fintechs, crypto firms, and institutions (critical)
- Proven ability to generate revenue and close deals
- Comfortable in regulated environments (EMI / MiCA)
- Competitive Base, bonus structured around revenue delivery
- Meaningful equity (ESOP)
- Closed anchor clients (crypto + fintech)
- Built repeatable EU pipeline
- Delivered clear revenue growth
