What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Serve as the primary technical support resource and coordinator for security products between clients and the employer
• Support deployment, consulting, evaluation, and other security duties as part of the security department
• Manage demands from multiple departments and clients for security-related requests
• Communicate clearly and effectively with team members and clients
• Maintain attention to detail in all tasks and responsibilities
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience, or 4 years of IT experience in lieu of a degree
• Minimum 2 years' experience with security technologies (EDR/MDR, DNS Protection, Phishing tools)
• Strong knowledge of security principles, standards, and best practices
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting

• Passion and curiosity for the security profession with a desire to learn and improve
• Exceptional technical writing skills
• Ability to visualize data effectively for projects or studies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
