Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with a strong focus on mobile applications to join the team. This is a unique opportunity to lead the development and growth of a B2C mobile platform from its inception, driving organic growth and market expansion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in scaling mobile applications, crafting go-to-market strategies, and adapting to new challenges in dynamic markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mobile App Development: Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle of the mobile app, from conceptualization (zero to one) to successful launch and beyond.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Design and execute strategies to introduce the app into multiple markets, ensuring successful adoption and scalability.
- Organic Growth: Implement strategies to drive organic user acquisition, engagement, and retention, leveraging data-driven insights.
- Data-Centric Decision Making: Analyze user behavior, app performance, and market trends to inform product decisions and improve user experiences.
- Adaptable Growth Strategies: Develop innovative and adaptable strategies to drive traffic and engagement.
- Cross-Market Scalability: Tailor product strategies to align with the unique needs of diverse markets while ensuring consistency and scalability.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and business development, to deliver a cohesive product experience.
Requirements:
- Proven Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in product management for B2C mobile applications, with a history of launching and scaling apps from the ground up.
- Market Expansion Expertise: Demonstrated ability to craft and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and penetrate diverse markets.
- Growth-Focused Mindset: Skilled in strategies that drive organic growth, user acquisition, and retention.
- Data-Driven Approach: Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and product improvements.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in Chinese is highly desirable to facilitate market-specific strategies and communication.
- Innovative Thinking: Adaptable and resourceful in devising innovative solutions to maximize user engagement and app performance.
